ARPOA GRANT PROGRAM

The Au Sable River Property Owners Alliance (ARPOA) is an incorporated, non-profit, voluntary alliance of owners of Michigan riparian property located in the watershed of the upper Au Sable River system and other parties interested in the preservation, protection and enhancement of the natural resources of this area. We have limited funds available to support projects which coincide with the goals of our mission. In order to award our funds where they will be most beneficial we have formalized the granting process. Please follow the guidelines below in the preparation of your proposal. 

1. Name and Type of Organization or Individual Requesting Funding (contact information)

2. Name of Project

3. Scope of Project Activity (how does project support ARPOA’s mission)

4. Duration of Project (start and completion dates)

5. Project Budget and Funds Requested

Proposals will be reviewed by the Grant Committee and recommendations made to the full Board. 

Deliverables must include final report and presentation at our annual membership meeting.
